Before starting the blower, please be sure to open the manual or electric vent valve (to prevent the impact of starting with pressure on the blower), check whether the oil level in the oil tank has reached the oil level line (to prevent burning of gears and bearings due to oil breakage), manually rotate the blower to see if it is flexible, and if it is flexible, press the start button, then slowly close the vent valve to make the blower reach full load (remember not to overload operation). When shutting down, please be sure to open the blower vent valve first, and then press the disconnect button.
This normal operation can prolong the service life of the fan. Otherwise, the fan gears and bearings will be severely impacted or even damaged. (Note: The diameter of the outlet vent valve is too small to meet the unloading requirements. Please confirm that the diameter of the outlet vent valve is the same or close to that of the main pipe.). Especially important for high-pressure fans with a pressure of 0.05Mpa or higher! Excluding variable frequency starting.
